Our Code of Ethics

These principles are at the core of how we conduct our business every day:

  • Authenticity: We are 100% committed to Antarctica as our only destination and have first-hand experience traveling there - having visited by ship and by air. We perform constant research, often in-person, to know the ships, operators, and itineraries so we can quickly identify the most suitable voyages for our clients.

  • Transparency: Our communication with clients is honest and clear. We provide the details and information that our clients need to make an informed decision and ensure that our clients know what they are paying for. Our guidance is never influenced by commercial interests such as commission or referral compensation.

  • Accountability: We hold ourselves to the highest standards and are accountable to our clients and our partners. Prompt and proactive communication is our priority.

  • Teamwork: We value collaboration over competition. Our close relationships with tour operators and our partnerships with travel agents and agencies are always mutually beneficial and result in the highest level of service to our shared clientele.

  • Responsibility: We acknowledge that travel by plane and by ship has a negative impact on our global environment and offer no justification that will counteract the climate effects of traveling to Antarctica. We believe that the economic benefit of tourism to Antarctica plays a vital role in protecting the continent from other damaging forms of exploitation. We wholeheartedly support organizations and programs whose mission is to manage tourism to Antarctica so that our travel there has the least impact on the continent and its wildlife.
