Hi, I’m Jud Bartlett, Founder of Pandrake Partners.

I created this business to educate and guide people through the process of finding exactly the right trip to Antarctica, because if you haven't discovered this already, planning a trip to Antarctica can be way more complicated than it seems.

As an Antarctic specialist, I’ve helped hundreds of travelers like you research and choose the best voyage that fits your timeline, budget and preferences. I’ve sailed across the Drake Passage with the “shake” and as a “lake” and flown over and back in a plane painted like a penguin, so I can compare the two experiences for you. I have been aboard more than half of the ships in the fleet so far, and since Antarctica is my focus, I do the research to know the new additions just as well! I’ve spent time in Buenos Aires, Santiago, Ushuaia, Punta Arenas and Patagonia, so I can answer your questions about traveling to and through South America before and after your voyage.

My goal is to help you find a trip, not to sell you one. By putting you in control of the process from the very beginning, you benefit from having an experienced Antarctica specialist at your fingertips to ensure that planning your trip of a lifetime is fair, fun and without pressure.
